Residence <3
<3 is a traveling co-production residency at the scale of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region which allows the dissemination of contemporary works of art.
<3 is a cooperation project proposed by Confort Moderne (Poitiers), LAC & S / Lavitrine (Limoges) and Zébra3 (Bordeaux). These three independent structures initiate support programs for emerging artists as well as exhibition projects.
They are pooling their skills and resources in order to develop an innovative system for the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.
The objective is to support young artists in a new experience of production, exhibition and mobility within a professional network of contemporary art.

Out of 45 applications received following the call for projects, the jury, made up of Jill Gasparina (Visual arts curator at Confort Moderne), Dominique Thébault (Artistic director at LAC & S / LAVITRINE), Candice Pétrillo (Artistic director at Zébra3), and Damien Airault (Art critic - Independent curator), selected the proposal of the artist Cindy Coutant .
